Jimmy Jones is a Texas singer songwriter whose unique vocals make him a favorite with the young and old.  Known to many fans as the “Gentle Giant” comes a smooth, crooning style of vocal talents not often seen in the music industry these days. Jones has performed across Texas and with many Texas Artist state wide. Jimmy is a regular on WFAA Channel 8 “Day Break” which is filmed at Victory Park in Dallas, Texas. Nominated in 2013 for New Male Artist of the year at the Texas Music Awards. In total Jimmy has had 3 songs hit the top 100 on the Texas Charts, including his single “Roam” that charted at No.#51 and was voted “Record to Watch”.

Kenny Strauther & Second Hand Smoke is a 5 piece multi-genre band with a mission to excite audiences with distinctive style and finesse.  Whether it’s amazing the crowd with blazing guitar solos, pumping out some old school dance tunes or mellowing out with some jazzy smooth classics, or anything in between, these guys know how to bring it.  All members of the band are seasoned professionals and have played on most of the stages in the area.

 

Me & Pooch was established in 1998 and has been responsible for providing outstanding entertainment ever since.  They specialize in the popular favorites which cover the last 50 years, be it rock, country or blues…and whatever may fall in between.

Steve Hill (aka Steve Territo) started playing harmonica and guitar in 1965.  By the early 70s, he decided that blues, and blues and soul influenced rock was the only kind of music he was interested in performing.  He relocated to the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas area from his hometown of Chicago, Illinois in 1974 and began playing, and now singing, in a series of bands.  One of these bands, “J.B.Strut,” became a local favorite from the early to the late 1980s, opening for such acts as Johnny Winter, Omar and the Howlers, the Tailgators, Little Joe Blue and others.   Becoming tired of member changes and creative differences within the band, Hill disbanded the group in 1988, and took a seven year sabbatical from playing live dates altogether.  In 1995, he began appearing at local clubs once again, first in a five piece band, then in “The Steve Hill Trio.”  An indie CD, “What Ever Happened to (Playing…
